Is there a time limit on the offers you make?

Our offer to purchase your property would remain valid for up to 28 days. You can of course still proceed with the purchase after 28 days have elapsed, but this will often involve the reassessment of your property and personal circumstances, and a new purchasing offer being submitted to you.

 

Are there any hidden charges?

Unlike selling your property through an estate agent, there are no additional costs – no legal fees, no valuation fees, no estate agent fees – in fact there are no hidden charges whatsoever.
