Discussing your selling options

Using an extensive database of property prices in your area, we will calculate the approximate value of your house. With this information we can then discuss the options that are available for your particular situation and provide an estimate of what we would be prepared to pay for your property in your area.

 

Accepting an offer for your house

After scrutinising your personal situation / requirements and the options available to you, and after viewing the property and assessing the condition of the local housing market, we will then make a proposal to you with what we feel may be the best solution for your specific circumstances.

You then have 28 days to decide whether to accept our offer. You can probably still proceed after this period has elapsed, but we would have to reassess your circumstances yet again, just in case one or more of the factors on which we based the initial offer has changed.

Even late in the proceedings, you are under no obligation to proceed. We are happy to provide the service up to this point to allow you to make the final decision for selling your property yourself. If you wish to halt proceedings completely, you may do so without incurring any charges at all.

We will even give you £500 towards the cost of your solicitor fees, whether you use your own solicitor, or one that we may recommend.

 

After your sell your house...

Once you have sold your property, you can move out immediately, stay for a short while until you arrange your move, or stay on a long-term basis and rent back the property. Whatever you choose to do, you can rest assured that we are here to help you every step of the way.
